How do I provide the photos or text for my customized gift?
Once you select a product, you can upload your images or enter your custom text directly on the product page. For bulk orders or specific design requests, you can also email us your details at support@toobas.pk with your order ID.
What is the standard delivery time for customized orders?
Since each item is uniquely crafted, processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days depending on your location within Pakistan.
Can I see a digital preview of my product before it is printed?
Yes, for specific items like customized frames and corporate gifts, our design team can provide a digital mockup upon request via WhatsApp or email to ensure you are happy with the layout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for most orders, as well as Bank Transfers, JazzCash, and Easypaisa for your convenience.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Due to the nature of customized products, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Do you offer corporate or bulk discounts?
Yes, we provide special discounted rates for corporate branding, wedding giveaways, and bulk event orders. Please contact our sales team for a formal quotation.
